SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at handmadebygibyt@gmail.com so we can make it right.
